Privacy Policy
This privacy notice explains how Propvestra uses personal information collected through the Propvestra early-access website.
Who we are
The data controller is Propvestra.
Email: admin@propvestra.io
What information we collect
We collect your first name, surname and email address. You may also choose to provide a telephone number and an optional message.
Why we use your information and our lawful bases
Early-access and launch emails: if you tick the email opt-in box, we use your name and email address to send a verification email and, once the address is confirmed, the Propvestra launch and early-access communications you requested. Our lawful basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR. Where PECR applies to electronic marketing, we rely on that consent for the marketing message as well.
Optional telephone contact: if you provide a telephone number and tick the telephone opt-in box, we may contact you by phone about Propvestra. Our lawful basis is consent. You do not need to agree to telephone contact to join the email early-access list.
Messages and enquiries: if you send us an optional message, we use it to read and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and developing Propvestra, balanced against your rights and interests.
Website security and administration: we may process limited technical information where necessary to keep the website secure, prevent abuse and operate the service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in securing and administering the website.
Basic website analytics
To understand whether the pre-launch site is useful, we record limited server-side visit information such as the time of a landing-page visit, the referring website domain and any campaign tags in the link (for example, UTM source, medium and campaign). We also create a pseudonymous visitor value from technical connection information so that we can estimate unique visitors without storing the raw IP address or full browser identifier in the analytics table.
We use this information to measure visits, approximate unique visitors, signup conversion and which referrals or campaigns generate interest in Propvestra. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the effectiveness of the pre-launch website. We do not use this information for behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking.
How long we keep your information
We normally keep early-access lead information for up to 24 months from signup. We may delete it sooner if it is no longer needed. If you withdraw marketing consent, we will stop the relevant marketing and may retain only the minimum information needed to record and respect your opt-out. If you later become a customer, different retention periods may apply and will be explained separately.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf where needed to host the website, store data, send email or provide technical support. We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process personal information outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer occurs, we will use an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, together with any required transfer risk assessment.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may have the right to object. You have an absolute right to object to your personal information being used for direct marketing.
To exercise a right or withdraw consent, contact admin@propvestra.io. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Complaints
If you have concerns, please contact us first so we can try to resolve them. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection. See ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or call 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and similar technologies
This landing site uses a Flask session cookie for security features such as CSRF protection and administrator login. It is not used for advertising or behavioural tracking. Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under PECR, so the site does not display a cookie-consent banner. If non-essential analytics, advertising or other non-exempt technologies are added later, this notice and the consent mechanism must be updated before they are enabled.
Automated decision-making
We do not use the information submitted through this early-access form for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Propvestra develops. The current version will be published on this page.
